The Vision, June 2009

Christcycle is faith based fitness classes with worship music, scripture, and prayer. From Holy Yoga to Spin, we unite and ignite hearts, minds, bodies, and souls for Christ!

CHRISTCYCLE  has landed!! 

The first spin studio in the OC dedicated to worship and fellowship!

What's next?! After  a year of reflective contemplation  due to an ankle injury, I am ready to teach again! ​It's time for Christcycle Spin to expand and find a new location to call home. I am praying for a likeminded team, a unique partnership in sharing the gospel through hearts, minds, and bodies ignited for Christ! If you have an existing location and are open to uniting and gathering people in worship and fellowship with a great workout,  please contact me. Come join us and replace stress, anxiety, frustration, and depression with renewal, revival, peace and gratitude...that which can only be truly obtained by deepening our relationship with the Prince of Peace, Jesus. Let go and let God...I can't wait to see what's next!!
